About the job
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with GMP.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality policies.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including batch records, test results, and audit reports.
- Ensure proper documentation practices are followed throughout the organization.
- Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy) or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and other relevant quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
