About the job

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with GMP. 
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality policies.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and review production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including batch records, test results, and audit reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices are followed throughout the organization.
  • Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy) or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP and other relevant quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
