✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?✍️

  • At least 4 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer and 2 years of experience testing in an SAP HCM Payroll environment or any Payroll Software.
  • Strong experience in designing functional test cases based on the requirements and wireframes.
  • Exposure to API Testing techniques and Security Testing.
  • Ability to coordinate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters in testing the requirements.
  • Experience in preparing functional test design/specifications documents as per the requirements.
  • Knowledge of Integration, Functional, and Regression testing. Knowledge of API testing and SSO testing.
  • Nice to have: Experience in SAP Payroll Implementation UAT or general experience as a QA engineer in HCM Software products, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, etc.
  • Full English proficiency.

  • Create test plans, cases, and scenarios for large-scale, complex software applications, focusing on end-user verification and validation.
  • Communicate effectively with technical developers and stakeholders to advocate for product changes that benefit the end user.
  • Develop automated test scripts by understanding business requirements or manual test cases.
  • Work closely with the project team to understand the requirements and document the same.
  • Automate the test plans for complex features & product integration.
  • Prepare mapping documents to load data into target systems.
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure full understanding of requirements/functional specifications documents.
