WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

 

  • Proven experience in defining and orchestrating governance best practices for Project, Product, Program, and Portfolio Governance.
  • Strong expertise in integrating and adapting different delivery models (waterfall, iterative, agile) to meet evolving business needs.
  • Experience in process improvement, particularly within a PMO environment, including the implementation and evolution of processes, tools, and standards.
  • Ability to manage portfolio governance and tooling, with experience in demand management, resource and capacity management, and financial alignment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills to lead and orchestrate governance ceremonies and workshops.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Define and implement governance best practices across Project, Product, Program, and Portfolio Governance.
  • Continuously inspect, adapt, and improve methodologies and efficiency within the organization, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Lead the integration of waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery models into a cohesive strategy that supports organizational goals.
  • Identify, implement, and continuously improve processes, tools, and standards to enhance the success rate of initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage portfolio governance tools and frameworks, ensuring seamless integration across demand management, portfolio management, and finance.
  • Orchestrate and facilitate PMO Governance ceremonies, ensuring engagement and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
