βοΈWHAT WOULD YOU NEED? βοΈ
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, working with large-scale data environments.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
- Strong expertise in designing and managing ETL processes for data transformation.
- Advanced knowledge of Python for data automation and analysis.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and a passion for solving challenging data problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English is essential, both spoken and written.
π WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to process and transform large datasets.
- Optimize and manage data storage solutions using Google Cloud Storage and ensure efficient data access.
- Leverage BigQuery to develop high-performance queries and manage data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data availability, accuracy, and performance.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code in Python for data processing, automation, and analysis tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
- Contribute to the overall data architecture and develop best practices for cloud-based data infrastructure.
