βοΈWHAT WOULD YOU NEED? βοΈ
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support Level 2 with a strong focus on troubleshooting and system management.
- Solid understanding of GxP processes (Good Practice guidelines in regulated industries such as pharma).
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, with the ability to script and automate tasks.
- Experience working in the health or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Catalan) are a plus.
- Location: Spain.

- Provide Level 2 IT support to ensure system reliability, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient execution of technical projects, providing support and managing timelines.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of critical systems, ensuring compliance with GxP (Good Practice) standards, particularly in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Java and Python to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
