Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Workday Architect to lead and shape our Workday ecosystem across HCM. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on expert in Workday configuration, design, and implementation, who can drive transformational solutions aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design the Workday platform to meet complex organizational requirements across HCM and other modules.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain a scalable Workday configuration, supporting both functional and technical aspects.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless Configuration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee and guide complex Workday integrations with third-party systems.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members.
- Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements post-implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of Workday experience
- Certifications: Workday certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong background in Workday Functional configuration and architecture design.
- Proven experience in leading full-suite Workday implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday security, business process design, and reporting/analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Language is a plus (Mandarin)
