Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of medical consumer products. If you have a passion for innovation and the technical expertise to bring cutting-edge products to market, we want to hear from you.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Translate user and business requirements into product specifications and high-level product design
- Optimize product integration and verification processes
- Conduct root-cause analysis of production issues and consumer complaints
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across various international companies
- Apply Design for Six Sigma principles (at least Green Belt level) to ensure robust product designs
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, (Bio)Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead engineering role, managing complex projects involving multiple domains
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market using systems engineering tools and methodologies (V-model, FMEA, RMM, etc.)
- Expertise in modeling and simulation methods and tools (preferably experience with CREO, Ansys, Matlab, Cameo)
- Strong experience in the development of medical consumer products or experience in other highly regulated industries
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (preferably DOORS)
- A strong commitment to quality, with a mindset that rejects underperformance or poor results
- Excellent abstract, analytical, and creative thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Motivation and persuasiveness to drive teams toward successful outcomes
