- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical ITSM Problem Manager or in similar roles.
- Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and related ITSM software.
- Experience with incident and problem management processes.
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- English and Spanish Fluent.

- Identify and analyze problems within IT services and infrastructure.
- Assess the impact and urgency of issues to prioritize resolution efforts.
- Plan and manage problem resolution processes, ensuring root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and document problem resolutions.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve ITSM processes and reduce future incidents.
