Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes within the high-tech, medical, or process industry.
- Utilize quality management and systems expertise, especially in the medical industry (ISO 9001, 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.).
- Bridge the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct programming tasks using Python for process optimization and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation (Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie)
- Electronics (Elektronica)
- Industrial Automation (Industriële automatisering)
- Mechatronics (Mechatronica)
- Mechanical Engineering (Werktuigbouwkunde)
- Business or Industrial Engineering (Technische Bedrijfskunde)
- Applied Physics (Technische Natuurkunde)
- Aerospace Engineering (Lucht- en ruimtevaarttechniek)
- Solid experience in quality management, quality systems
- Preferably experience within the medical industry and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.
- Strong background in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Knowledge of both the Dutch and English language

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
