Are you a talented and driven Senior Embedded Systems Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology? Amaris Consulting, an independent technology consulting firm, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Belgium. As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of firmware for embedded systems, taking ownership of the entire firmware development lifecycle and ensuring the efficient operation of embedded systems.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in firmware development, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable firmware solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in firmware design and development, sharing expertise and providing technical leadership to the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, working closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate firmware with hardware components and software systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of firmware development processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and reliability of embedded systems.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance firmware capabilities, staying abreast of industry advancements and integrating innovative solutions into firmware design and development to enhance the performance and functionality of embedded systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in C, C++
- Proficiency in FGPA or VHDL
- More than 6 years of experience in Embedded system in an industrial setting.
- Fluency in (French and English) OR English only
