Job description
- Oversee and manage electrical systems and commissioning activities at various project sites.
- Ensure successful execution of electrical projects, coordinating with project teams.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the commissioning process.
- Lead and supervise site personnel, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related field, with a focus on electrical systems and commissioning activities.
- Experience working with OEM's would be ideal.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and commissioning electrical projects, preferably in industrial or commercial settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of site management and commissioning activities.
- Ideally located in China/Batam or open to relocating to either location.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
