✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

 

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, React, etc.
  • DevOps Expertise: In-depth understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Frontend and Backend Development: Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development in an enterprise environment.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Security Awareness: Awareness of security considerations related to open-source software, including vulnerability management and patching strategies.
  • Network Protocols: Deep understanding of network protocols relevant to communications, such as RTP or WebRTC.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • English: Advanced.

  • Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, React, etc.).
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployments. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate best practices and tools.
  • Code Quality and Best Practices: Utilize code quality tools and enforce coding best practices to ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker. Utilize container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to ensure scalable and resilient deployments.
  • Security Management: Manage security considerations for open-source software, including vulnerability management and patching strategies. Ensure the security of integrated components.
  • Network Protocols: Apply a deep understanding of network protocols relevant to communications, such as RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) or WebRTC, to enable real-time communication capabilities on the web.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve development processes and application performance

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
