Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Manager in São Paulo to join our LATAM team, to be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process and in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for bid submissions, developing bid-winning strategies, conducting research, writing and editing proposals, negotiating with stakeholders, and collaborating with other team members to ensure bid success.
At Amaris You Will:
- Write the offer so that it corresponds to the client's expectations by consolidating the different contributions and ensuring its overall consistency
- Leading responses to calls for tenders for recurring solutions
- Participate in the consolidation of the project P/L and the construction of the financial offer
- Accompanying the managers in the client base to define the solution adapted to the client's needs
- Participate in cross-functional projects (capitalization, tools, etc.) of the pre-sales department
- Accompanying during the whole life cycle of complexe solutions sales including (understanding of the request, risk analysis, realization of the proposal as coordinator, Financial simulation and closing)

About You
As the ideal candidate for the Bid Manager position at Amaris Consulting, you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a desire to contribute to a positive work environment. With 4 to 6 years of experience, you are ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact in our organization. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, will be key in our diverse and dynamic setting.

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English are mandatory. Spanish skills are a plus.
