Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager for our team in Berlin.

 

Your responsabilities πŸŽ―  :

 

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with our organizational goals.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and managing risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

 

Your profile πŸ”₯:

 

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in project management
  • Project management certification (Prince2, PMI, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good understanding and experience in integration/acquisition projects, particularly in organizational and IT-level processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
