What You'll Do:
- Design, maintain, and enhance electrical components and systems for our interventional X-ray equipment.
- Ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
- Develop testing strategies to comply with international medical safety standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to select and validate the best components.
- Contribute to efficient and effective production by working closely with various teams within the organization.
- Participate in shaping the vision and strategy of our electronics and electrical team.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar fields.
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in a technical role, including 5 years in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, medical device, semiconductor.
- You have a passion for technology and innovation and are familiar with the latest developments in electronics.
- You're a team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in English and possibly other languages.
- You're proactive, energetic, and meticulous.
- Experience with SAFe is a plus.
