Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute quality assurance processes such as PPAP, AQMPP, and PFMEA to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate 8D problem-solving initiatives to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement projects and drive quality performance.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection criteria to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
  • Work closely with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as PPAP, AQMPP, 8D, PDCA, and PFMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the automotive industry 
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and assessments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
