Amaris Consulting is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Morocco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute quality assurance processes such as PPAP, AQMPP, and PFMEA to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and facilitate 8D problem-solving initiatives to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement projects and drive quality performance.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection criteria to ensure product quality.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as PPAP, AQMPP, 8D, PDCA, and PFMEA.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the automotive industry
- Experience in conducting quality audits and assessments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
