Job description

Responsible for executing the Spares order, Service contract and Ad-Hoc service projects in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia PAPI customer on the client's side. Coordinates assigned aspects of the project and supports Project Managers in the management and execution of the project.

Instructions and guidelines :

  • Ensures compliance to client's standard internal directives and procedure, relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. 

Project execution and control :

  • Conducts analysis of planned versus actual service contract performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Service Contract manager.
  • Prepares materials and assists in project reviews. Updates project (cost) adjustments approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems.  
  • Monitors, controls, and releases requests for invoicing, based on service contract or service orders.

Stakeholder relations :

  • Effectively communicates appropriate information to project stakeholders (mostly internal).

Health, safety, and environment (HSE) :

  • Demonstrates an understanding of HSE terms, concept application, reporting and risks related to the project.   
  • When appropriate takes necessary actions to mitigate project HSE risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office software (Word, Excel and Power point),
  • Working knowledge in SAP ERP system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language at a communicative level (email and oral communication)
  • Open to work in a virtual team
