We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Belgium. This is an opportunity for individuals with 3 years of experience who are seeking a challenging role that requires sharp analytical skills, deep business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Analyse business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Create detailed business analysis documents outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings effectively.
  • Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications etc., ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project teams regarding progress against plans including any variances encountered along the way.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate would have a strong background in Business Analysis coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. Your keen eye for detail combined with your knack for simplifying complex information makes you stand out from the crowd. You thrive when working collaboratively but can also work independently when needed.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within IT sector is required.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of data analysis tools & techniques along with solid understanding of modern databases.
  • Your exceptional analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data efficiently.
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • You are a team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
  • Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
