About the job:

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP FICO Consultant to provide Level 1 support for SAP operation including all SAP modules (mainly FICO, SD) and SAP Integrated systems. The successful candidate will play a key role as the main point of contact for coordination from business to L2 Consultant team and will be responsible for supporting administration tasks using Governance, Risk Compliance SAP system. This includes addressing new user requests, alteration of roles and authorization.

  • Provide Level 1 support for SAP operation including all SAP modules (mainly FICO, SD) and SAP Integrated systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for coordination from business to L2Consultant team.
  • Support administration tasks using Governance, Risk Compliance SAP system.
  • Address new user requests, alteration of roles and authorization.
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for urgent issues (mainly FICO, SD).
  • Ensure vendors comply with agreed SLA.

About you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (mainly FICO, SD) and SAP Integrated systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work office hours Monday to Friday.
  • Willingness to work weekends on an ad hoc basis during month and quarter end.
