Job description

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our International Team, for a worldwide project. The position involves managing various aspects such as scope, time, and resources simultaneously.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare change management strategy and approach documents.
  • Define success metrics and value propositions.
  • Conduct change impact analysis and resistance management.
  • Lead implementation of communications plan and support materials.
  • Monitor adoption and ensure reinforcement measures.

 

Your profile:

  • First-level university degree in Communication, English, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and/or Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Proven ability in change management and project coordination in an international environment (mandatory).
  • Strategic thinking and process re-engineering and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, flexible, and resourceful and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
