We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This is an opportunity for individuals with a minimum 2 years of experience having the following requirements:
- Experience working with specific Modules: Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee-Central.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and customize these modules according to client needs.
- Adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions within the SAP SF environment.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within given timelines and budgets.
- Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal are required as you will be liaising directly with clients regularly.

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SAP consultant or in similar roles where you've gained hands-on exposure dealing with Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting & Employee-Central modules.

Your fluency in English allows you not only to comprehend complex technical information but also to communicate it effectively across various stakeholders.

You possess a deep understanding of configuring different modules based on the client's requirement which makes you an asset to our team.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
