The Opportunity: Amaris Consulting is seeking a Manager with a flair for B2B sales to join our São Paulo team. This role is designed for a professional who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and contribute to the expansion of our business in one of the world's most bustling economic hubs.

Your Role:

  • Engage with potential business clients to establish and grow long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions from our portfolio to address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and approaches for the local market.
  • Participate in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Amaris Consulting at industry events, contributing to our brand’s presence in the São Paulo business community.
  • Play an active role in the recruitment process for consultants, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to support business growth.

 

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Based in São Paulo
  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
