Job description

We are seeking an Integration Consultant to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. The candidate should have experience in Workday HCM, with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and system compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, incorporating them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Workday Studio (Hands-on experience only) 
  • Certification NOT mandatory
  • Availability - 1-3 month
