Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This is a full-time position with an Undetermined Duration Contract, based in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience managing complex IT projects.

 

πŸ”₯Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale IT projects on time, within budget and scope.
  • Create project plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including tracking progress through detailed project management tools.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks and issues.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders involved in the projects including clients, user groups and internal teams to ensure clear communication across all aspects of each project managed.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs

This role requires a high level of technical expertise combined with excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills. You will be expected to lead teams towards achieving strategic goals while adhering to established policies and procedures.

 

🎯 Your Profile:

The successful candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter who has demonstrated successful leadership in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects, driving them from inception through completion.

  • You possess 4-6 years' experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role within Information Technology field.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Your strong analytical abilities allow you to understand complex problems quickly; your decision-making skills enable you make sound judgments under pressure.

    Note: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively articulate technical information to various audiences.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills enable you build relationships with stakeholders and work cross-functionally within the business to deliver results.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
