Şu anda bankacılık ekiplerimiz için deneyimli bir İş Analisti arıyoruz. İdeal adayın iş analizi alanında güçlü bir geçmişi olmalı ve hibrit bir ortamda veya tamamen uzaktan çalışma fırsatında rahat hissetmelidir.
Sorumluluklar:
- Bankacılık sektöründe en az 4 yıl İş Analisti olarak deneyim sahibi olmalı, özellikle Dış Ticaret domaininde tecrübesi olmalıdır.
- Hibrit bir ortama uyum sağlayabilme,
- Proje uygulaması ve sistem iyileştirmeleri konusunda BT ekipleri ile işbirliği deneyimi
- Proje paydaşlarının ihtiyaçlarını toplama, analiz etme, belgeleme ve doğrulama konusunda gösterilmiş yetenek
- Günlük idari ve operasyonel sorunların çözümünde departmanlar arası ve işletme birimleri arasında koordinasyon becerisi
- Müşteri iş gereksinimlerini yorumlama ve bunları uygulama gereksinimlerine çevirme konusunda sağlam anlayış
- Genel işlevler, süreçler ve genel iş yapısıyla ilgili bilgi sahibi olma
Gereksinimler:
- Farklı ekipler arasında etkili bir şekilde bağlantı kurmanızı sağlayan mükemmel iletişim becerilerine sahipseniz,
- En az 4 yıl bankacılık alanında İş Analisti olarak deneyiminiz varsa,
- Dış Ticaret departmanında tecrübe sahibiyseniz,
- Hibrit çalışmak sizler için uygunsa,
- Hızlıca sorunları tanımlayabilen ve etkili çözümler uygulayabilen mükemmel problem çözme becerilerine sahipsiniz,
- Tüm organizasyon seviyelerinde olumlu ilişkiler kurabilme yeteneği olan güçlü kişisel ilişkiler becerileriniz varsa,
- Bir ekip üyesi olarak bağımsız çalışabilme yeteneğine sahipseniz,

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
