Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your missions :
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize the potential of your client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling initiatives
- Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction throughout the collaboration
- Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and support teams to align solutions with client needs
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to propose innovative solutions
- Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports to clients
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or client relationship management (minimum 2 years)
- Fluent in English (required); proficiency in an additional language is a plus
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with OpenAI or similar AI technologies is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
