ABOUT THE JOB
- Design Quality and Standards Team Integrated delivery plan and individual delivery plans.
- Provide ongoing tracking/reporting to monitor progress of deliverables.
- Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Develop an integrated delivery process for course/modules:
- Collaborate with team leads in creating an integrated delivery process that builds upon the work completed to date that further defines roles, responsibilities, and hand-offs between key resources.
- Align detailed processes to the overall maturity model of the organization and update as capabilities in key system.
- Deliver communication and training to key stakeholders on the integrated delivery process.
- Participate in designing a production schedule and develop a testing and delivery schedule of activities for the system.
- Facilitate meetings with development teams in Europe, document your work, give support to applications and help Project Managers and Architects in decision making.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar technical fields.
- 5+ years of experience in project management / project coordinating and delivering large technology-driven systems, products, and programs in a variety of industries including financial, utility, government, health care, health education/assessment, regulation.
- Proficiency in English is a must-have to drive efficient collaboration between international stakeholders.
- Effective interpersonal, strong logical thinking and critical thinking, result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Passion for software development, highly motivated to improve your development and problem-solving skills.
