Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Support/Helpdesk Technician to provide essential IT support for end-users, troubleshooting laptops, printers, mobile devices, and managing basic network and videoconferencing systems.
🔥Responsibilities :
- Provide IT support to end-users, including assistance with laptops, printers, mobile phones, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Set up and configure laptops for employees, ensuring they are ready for use, and perform basic troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Support video conferencing systems, ensuring smooth operations for virtual meetings.
- Participate in both ongoing support projects and transformation initiatives within the IT department.
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of IT service requests and incidents, with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a dynamic work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT support processes.
🎯 Your Profile :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a focus on end-user assistance.
- Solid understanding of basic IT support for laptops, printers, mobile phones, networks, and video conferencing tools.
- Experience in preparing and troubleshooting laptops for a diverse user base.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to both daily support tasks and involvement in transformation projects.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality IT support services.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Strong communication skills in English and Czech (or Slovak), both written and spoken.
- You are fluent in English and have an excellent level of Czech.
