As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Amaris Consulting, you will be at the forefront of our mission to attract and hire the best talent in the industry. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil and offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in talent acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Identify and attract suitable candidates through various sourcing techniques.

  • Screen and interview potential candidates, assessing their skills and compatibility with the company culture.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.

  • Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, providing regular updates and feedback.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

About You

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for talent acquisition. You should be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing candidate suitability and making informed hiring decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Spanish language skills are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make informed decisions.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.

  • Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
