Job description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow to join our teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements within the ServiceNow platform.


πŸ”₯Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to ServiceNow platform enhancements and initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment through workshops and meetings.
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Act as an expert on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and the product team.


🎯Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is a strong asset.
