We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead specialized in data management and solution design for a major player in private banking. You will work on strategic challenges related to data management and solution design, thus contributing to the optimization and sustainability of the company's IT systems.


πŸ”₯ Your responsabilities :

  • Establish a strong partnership with financial product line managers.
  • Develop relationships with internal clients and domain leaders to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Manage client stakeholders, understanding and addressing their needs with tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to propose technological solutions aimed at improving productivity and data quality.
  • Manage end-to-end service, including human, financial, and relational aspects.
  • Supervise the offshore team to achieve set objectives and ensure quality delivery.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Balance onshore and offshore activities to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance and technical solutions.
  • Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions while promoting innovation and continuous learning.


🎯 Your qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments.
  • Practical experience with market data management systems.
  • Detailed and practical knowledge of Markit EDM product is a major advantage.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Technical leadership experience in software development.
  • Excellent communication and client stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing remote teams, particularly with developers based in India.
  • Fluency in French and English
