We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Alpharetta. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Project Manager - Laboratory Digital Tools.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as the product owner for new digital solutions developed to accelerate our global Research and Innovation (R&I) pipeline
- Interact with end users to gather feedback and insights, and develop short-term roadmaps based on their input
- Coordinate the deployment of upgrades and improvements to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of the R&I pipeline
- Engage in troubleshooting and beta testing of new features, ensuring the successful implementation of digital solutions
- Collaborate with R&I Scientists across the globe during the scoping and inception phase of new initiatives
- Work closely with the R&I team to define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the IT team and external vendors
- Provide high-level business cases, estimate resources, and develop time-tables for proposed solutions to evaluate their feasibility and compare them with other initiatives in the pipeline
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the digital experience within the laboratory setting
Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in a Scientific or IT-related field
- Strong preference for candidates with laboratory experience
- Experience with technical software for Analytical labs, such as Chromatographic, Spectroscopy, or Spectrometry software (GC, LC, MassSpec, NMR, FTIR), would be beneficial
- Familiarity with IT and Digital Lab tools like LIMS, ELNs, and Enterprise Class Data Solutions is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to collaborate and a drive for high achievement
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving, curiosity to drive improvement, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to effectively manage short-term challenges and deliverables in a timely manner
