“As a Campus Project Manager," you will contribute to the structure and the growth of the Campus department worldwide.
In order to make it happen, you will:
-> Strategy definition
·Definition of the Campus strategy with the Recruitment and HR Teams for Mantu brands and departments (Business, Corporate and Consulting)
·Help building the Campus of tomorrow
·Definition of the top target schools by country with the RD and strategy validation
·Identification and validation of needs with the RD and Local referents
·Ensure the promotion of Mantu brands (in priority Mantu, LB and Amaris) towards schools and develop strong links and relationships with School Managers
·Develop an Ambassador program with Mantu interns and apprentices, Top Management and alumni to represent our brands during school events, networks and on social medias
·Help strengthening our Employer branding strategy by regularly creating contents related to our Campus activities in collaboration with our Recruitment Marketing Specialists
-> Management of the Campus team
·Management of the Campus coordinators
·Monitoring and analysis of the budget and impact of campus actions
·Accompanying interns and apprentices throughout their experience in the company.
·Follow-up and animation of Talent pools in conjunction with the Recruitment
Ideal Profile :
- Graduated with a Master´s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Communication, or any other related fields
- A previous experience in recruitment or event management is a real advantage
- Capacity to learn quickly and to meet short deadlines
- Interested to work in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
- Great interpersonal skills, team spirit and dynamism
- Structured, organized and curious
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
