IT Project Manager

What will you do?  

  • Establish Team level governance and communication protocol.
  • Introduce and manage Change management process with the technology unit.
  • Develop and own mission-critical documents and specifications to act as the liaising party for Project
    scope definition and clarification.
  • Demonstrate deliverables and overall progress to stakeholders.
  • Deliver required training for internal staff and business representatives in the use of new products.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliverables.
  • Ensure that all work packages are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.  

What do we request?  

  • 10+ years of demonstrated and progressive experience with supervisory responsibilities, change
    management activities and in initiating the implementation of complex systems projects.
  • At least 3 years of recent professional experience in programme / project planning, management and
    successful delivery of complex cross functional or interdependent projects, some of which should be at
    the global or international level.
  • Excellent knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, monitoring and managing large, complex
  • Proven skills in prototyping, applying design thinking and project management; ability to adapt and
    manage deliverables and resources in a climate of change and to think and act quickly, sometimes under
    pressure yet remain effective.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary
  • Separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones; ability to "think out of the
    box" and to make innovative proposals and problem solve.
  • Ability to promote best practices, advise on improvements, independently perform research, and apply
    information from a broad range of sources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, advocate, motivate, resolve conflict,
    and adapt relevant leadership styles to a variety of situations.
  • Proactive, flexible, resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and to develop and expand international networks.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and solutions, machine learning and deep learning frameworks, robotics, and
    frontier digital technologies in health and educational settings.
  • Experience in managing projects running on Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), MS SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Project, Jira & Confluence.
