What do we do?

Launched in 2015, the Amaris Foundation aims to support innovation to foster independence across the world and in various fields of action, such as education, health and employment. Above all, the Amaris Foundation is a collaborative organization, enabling all Amaris employees to participate in this exciting adventure by proposing associations and their respective projects and becoming members at no cost. Our participatory model engages all our members in our activities and operations. Each year, our members can submit a project led by a non-profit organisation and vote for their favourite cause to receive funding.

Why is independence at the heart of our actions? Independence is one of Amaris' fundamental values. It allows us to grow rapidly, choose our strategy freely and be active players in our own success. We believe that independence is a collective value and all Amaris employees benefit from it by building their careers and contributing to the overall global success of the Amaris Group. Through the Amaris Foundation, we wanted to further promote this value and allow everyone to enjoy this same freedom of choice and be able to help build the world of tomorrow.

With the Amaris Foundation, we want to empower people to decide their own destiny. We believe that innovative solutions tailored to a specific need, whether in education, hygiene, finance, energy, culture, etc., are the best way to support independence across the world.

The disparities in access to health care have far-reaching consequences. Those with limited access to basic health care services may live shorter and more constrained lives. There are several social, cultural, economic, and geographic factors that limit people’s access to health care and they should all be addressed accordingly. We are a collaborative foundation. How does it work ?

Our members are Amaris employees who have decided to get involved in the Amaris Foundation at no cost.

Anyone can participate in this adventure by donating to the Amaris Foundation and helping us innovate to foster independence.

Once a year, our members can submit innovative projects online during our ‘Call for projects’ campaign.

Throughout the year, we encourage them to share their ideas with us to help the Committee develop the foundation.

As a non-profit organisation, you can also send us your project, as long as it reflects our philosophy.

After submitting a project, it’s time to vote!

Each member has one vote for the cause they wish to fund. There is a vote once a year.
