Your Role

We are looking for a new colleague for our team from Warsaw in order to fill in the role of Product Owner.

• Ensuring the vision, objectives and context of products
• Managing the budget of products
• Collecting requirements for changes in products and managing them in cooperation with business units (backlog management of products)
• Coordination of activities and cooperation with suppliers and teams of the Information Technology Office involved in the development and maintenance of products
• Implementation of changes testing in products, including the creation of criteria for their acceptance and test scenarios
• Ensuring effective communication and building relationships with stakeholders
• Collaboration with other Product Owner on good practices for agile changes and product maintenance
• Substantive support for teams involved in the product life cycle

What do we expect?
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in the practical implementation of IT projects
• Skills to understand business needs and provide solutions that will fulfill them
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Settings for continuous development at both individual and team level
• Concentration on the client and building good and strong relationships with business units
• Openess to cooperation and proactivity and independence in action
• Good English

An additional advantage will be:
• Knowledge of techniques and project management methodologies (PMP, Prince 2, TenSteps, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of the creative work method in the process of gathering requirements and designing solutions (Design Thinking)
• Experience in working on the implementation and / or development of software
• Knowledge of the principles of software development
