Your Role

As a true "entrepreneur", you will be asked to assume the following responsibilities:

- Animation and management of your own Business Unit
- Acquisition, management and development of business relationships with partners and major multinational accounts
- Key Account Management and Sales Follow up in general
- Coaching and Mentoring of your team of Business Managers to ensure optimal competitiveness
- Development of your business unit by recruiting your own team of consultants and managers
- Enhancement of the expertise and management of the careers of your team of consultants and Business Managers
- Financial management of your own profit center in synergy with other departments to support the Group's growth



Profile

Graduated with a Master's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School, you would like to work as an entrepreneur and manager.
You have a successful experience of 2 to 5 years as a manager in our industry, with knowledge of our Business Lines.
You have a good entrepreneurial spirit, a keen sense of communication, a strong conviction, leadership skills, the ability to identify talents and develop capacities to adapt to the local economy: these assets will enable you to enter a structure in high growth.
English and Spanish are a prerequisite and another language would be an advantage. The command of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet is necessary.
Your development may lead you to the position of Director of one of our subsidiaries. Remuneration includes a fixed salary with commissions directly related to your results.
